Frequently Asked Questions About LEAD

What is the LEAD application deadline?
The priority deadline is June 16, 2023. However, we are accepting applications on a rolling basis.

How long does the LEAD program admission process take?
The first round of applications from June 16th will be reviewed in late June. Students will know if they were accepted into the program beginning mid-July.

When will I find out if I am accepted into the LEAD program?
Mid-July will notify accepted students if you turn in your application on June 16th.

Who may participate?
American Indian/Alaska Native tribal member accepted into the UA available to attend the mandatory pre-semester orientation program July 1st-year freshman or Community college transfer students.
