Peter LoGerfo

Career Story:

After finishing residency, I moved to Puyallup WA to be back home near my family. I began working as an employed physician in a clinic run by the local community hospital (Good Samaritan Hospital). After 2 years I went out on my own in private practice and have been a solo family doc since. It was a scary move but it was one of the best things I've done.

Notable Personal Accomplishments:

I've been pretty successful at taking time off of work to spend time with my family and travel (approx 6-8 weeks a year)

Notable Professional Accomplishments:

Sad to say none other than surviving as a solo family doctor.

Favorite Recreational Activity:

Windsurfing

Favorite Memory from Residency:

The road trips to Mexico and the Grand Canyon with my residency class.

Personal Story:

Married (to Kim) and we have 3 children. We just finished adopting a 12 y/o boy from Ethiopia
