Brief biographical sketch on Herbert M. Sinton, MD.Submitted by Celeste (Sinton) Pfister, MDAfter his graduation from family practice residency at the University of Arizona in 1977, Herb, his wife, and infant daughter left for small-town Mt. Vernon, Ohio. There, he set up a solo family practice. During his four years as a practicing physician, he passed his family practice board certification exam. He enjoyed building hi-fi equipment, fishing, and tennis. He was respected and loved by his staff and patients until his untimely death in May, 1981. He left behind his wife Celeste, and daughters Penelope and Elizabeth.
