Heather Walsh

Career Story: 

I completed the UA Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship 2005 (as one of the inaugural class), then worked part-time at Northwest Urgent Care Associates from 2005-06 and then full-time at the UA Campus Health Services in the General Medicine Dept. from 2006-07. Our family moved up to Gilbert, AZ while I was pregnant with my first son during the summer of 2007 for my husband's job. I worked part-time at Desert Grove Family Medical (outpatient clinic) during 2008 until I got pregnant with my second son, but stopped working when I was on activities restrictions during the first half of my pregnancy. We then moved back to Tucson this summer of 2010 for my husband's new job. After an extended maternity leave & move, I am now going back to work at Campus Health Services part-time.I am also a distributor for Juice Plus+, a whole-food based nutritional product.
