Elizabeth "Beth" A. Dowell

Career Story: 

After residency, I spent about a year working for the University of Arizona, about 6 months as a hospitalist at St. Mary's, and then my family and I worked in Haiti for a year. We returned to Ann Arbor, MI where I joined the faculty at the University of Michigan and practiced outpatient medicine. I continue to practice outpatient medicine at a federally-qualified health center in the Chicago area part-time and spend time each year doing some international health - often with students and residents.
