First practiced as a family physician in the Indian Health Service in Arizona and Washington, then emergency medicine in a small hospital for 15 years. Now also some emergency medicine, occupational medicine, and addiction medicine in inpatient and outpatient settings

Staying sane, fit, joyful, and growing in spite of or perhaps a result of the pain.
