I am a Family Medicine physician with a passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. I’m originally from the East Coast, having grown up in Connecticut, and completed my undergraduate studies at Cornell University in upstate New York.
I went on to earn my medical degree at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University in New Jersey, where I deepened my commitment to primary care. I then moved to California for my residency in Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills. During residency, I gained extensive experience in comprehensive primary care and grew especially interested in women’s health, mental health, and obesity medicine. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based medicine, and a deep respect for each patient’s individual journey. Outside of medicine, I love spending time with my husband and our corgi pup, Mini. We enjoy exploring new restaurants, trying different cuisines, and finding hidden gems throughout the city.
