UA ArtWorks ‘Dreams’ Exhibit Opening Reception, April 12

The collaborative art exhibit features paintings by 23 ArtWorks artists and six artists from the Hozhoni Gallery in Flagstaff that explore the themes of goals, dreaming and imagination. The exhibit runs April 12 – July 26. The opening reception is free and open to the public.

The opening reception for the University of Arizona ArtWorks exhibit, “Dreams,” will be held Friday, April 12, 1 – 3 p.m., at the Mary T. Paulin Gallery, 1509 E. Helen St., Tucson.

This collaborative art exhibit features paintings by 23 ArtWorks artists and six artists from the Hozhoni Gallery in Flagstaff. The “Dreams” exhibit explores the themes of goals, dreaming and imagination. It runs April 12 – July 26.

ArtWorks is an outreach program within the UA Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities at the UA Department of Family and Community Medicine. ArtWorks promotes community and mutual learning through creative and expressive arts interactions between adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and UA students.

The opening reception is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
