The Business Support Office provides financial, administrative, and human resource support to the Department of Family and Community Medicine.
Support Services Include:
- Maintenance of a central, auditable database of all financial transactions and related budget information,
- Assistance with proposal budgets, financial planning, and operations management,
- Resource management,
- Processing payroll for all employees,
- Assure the hiring, employment, and termination practices of FCM are in compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines,
- Provide guidance regarding human resource issues to all faculty, staff, and students within FCM,
- Acts as liaison with other university administrative offices.
