Accreditation Statement

The University of Arizona College of Medicine at the Arizona Health Sciences Center is accredited by the Accreditation Commission on Continuing Medical Education (COCME) to provide continuing medical education. The College of Medicine through the course directors of this fellowship takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity. The American Academy of Family Physicians CME accreditation department has approved this activity for up to 26.25 Prescribed CME credit hours. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
