Integrative Family Medicine

•    Four year integrated residency in conjunction with University of Arizona Integrated Medicine Program
•    The Integrative Family Medicine residents complete their usual three year family medicine residency and then continue in the fourth year as a junior faculty.
•    PGY4 includes opportunities to learn additional complimentary modalities and perform integrative medicine consults in both outpatient and inpatient settings
•    2 residents per year accepted
•    Learning a Complementary modality is encouraged but not required.
•    During the 4th year the IFM junior faculty provide Integrative Medicine consults at the Family Medicine Center and at the Arizona Cancer Center.
•    Throughout the 4 years of training they participate in a monthly integrative patient conference.
•    There are several opportunities for scholarly activities in the Integrative Medicine field including medical student and resident teaching, article writing, participating in community activities and teaching.
